• What skills are required to be successful when using external as well as internal coaching
• What are the typical challenges that need to be addressed
• What is required for successful coaching
• What are the differences from using external coaching vs. providing it internally

• How to apply their background and skill sets to coach more effectively
• Better able to assess what constitutes good executive coaching
• Better define outcomes and expectations going through the coaching process
• Learn some ways of questioning and using techniques to become better coaches
• Better assess the selection process when using both external and internal coaches
