In this hour-long program, we’ll discuss the impact of COVID-19 on engineers’ professional services agreements. We will examine both the provisions that govern engineers’ existing projects and the contract terms which engineers will want to negotiate going forward in a post-COVID-19 future. We will also discuss what engineers will need to do, know, and consider when projects restart after restrictions are lifted. Participants are encouraged to submit advance questions to kerger@lockton.com.
