CASE Tool 4-1: Status Report Template - CASE
This is an organized plan for keeping your clients informed and happy. This project status report is intended to be sent to your Client, the Owner, and any other stakeholder whom you would like to keep informed about the project status. The template is designed in Microsoft Word format so it can be edited according to the requirements of each individual company.
This document was revised in 2013 and includes the following new features:
- expanding the template to include more information
- a table to track deliverables and milestones
- an action items table that is more user-friendly
- the updated tool is less generic and more specific
