Participants are encouraged to share obstacles and best practices surrounding topics such as leadership development, developing diverse teams, contributing to firm strategy, and cultivating employee relationships.

Presented by ACEC’s Government Affairs staff, this session will highlight how ACEC engages in advocacy to support the A/E/C industry and member firms. Speakers will outline how they work with all levels of government as well as federal agencies on tax laws, regulations, and procurement issues that can impact firm projects and businesses. Participants will also learn ways they can easily and effectively engage in advocacy.
