EJCDC® CMA‑410, Bid Form for Construction Contract—Construction Manager as Advisor Series (2021), is used to prepare the Bid Form for a specific project (contract). The specific Bid Form is then distributed to prospective Bidders, which enter bid prices and other requested information on the form, sign it, and submit it and any attachments to Owner or a designated representative, following the procedures set out in the Instructions to Bidders, Advertisement or invitation to bid, and other pertinent documents.
