The Engineers Joint Contract Documents Committee (“EJCDC”) has prepared the accompanying comparative table of certain documents of the Construction Owners Association of America (“COAA”) to those of the EJCDC. The purpose of this comparative discussion is to help users and prospective users of EJCDC documents become familiar with several distinct differences in the COAA documents as compared to the EJCDC documents.
