Consultant and Sub-consultant agree that this Agreement, including its Exhibit A - Terms and Conditions, Exhibit B - Scope of Services, Exhibit C - Fee Schedule, and other documents listed below, if any, constitute the entire integrated Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements and discussions. This Agreement may be amended only by a written amendment signed by both Consultant and Sub-consultant.
