The session will focus on various strategies for communication of valuation and share price across various stakeholders like the Board of Directors, management team / shareholder group, and employees (in an ESOP setting). Since there is no silver bullet, this session will consider many ideas and present practical case study like examples of success stories. Further, this session will discuss setting expectations for shareholders with the goal to increase retention of shareholders and / or to increase demand to purchase our privately held stock.
